2. Describe the types of production process with classification. Also bring out their advantages and disadvantages.

4. Determine the factors to be considered in plant lay-out Bring out the types of plant lay-out.
5. Discuss the kinds of Production planning and control functions suitable for modern industries.
6. Analyse the functions of Materials management. Bring out the areas that come under the framework of Integrated Materials Management.
7. What do you understand by the term method study? Bring out the objectives and procedure of work study.
8. Elucidate the techniques of work measurement. Discuss the advantages of work measurement.
