of India.

Is commercial speech (Advertisements) a part of Freedom of the press? Comment.

Why is it essential for a journalist to have basic knowledge of the constitution?
Discuss.
4.
What are the regulations on Print Media imposed by the Press Council of India?
5.
Briefly discuss various aspects of Defamation.
6.
Explain the relevance of Indecent Representation of Women's Act.
7.
Write a note on the commercial code of AIR and Doordarshan.
8.
Law and ethics, which do you consider as superior? Give your reasons.

Answer any THREE questions.

Explain the scope of Freedom of speech and expression in cinematograph films. Is
it different from the Freedom of the press?
