These are some health and food related tips that I thought should be followed.These might be a mix of tips, but please ensure it to follow.

Tips to follow:

a)Eat slowly and chew your food well:
It takes a minimum of 20 minutes before your stomach sends a green signal to your brain that it has reached the optimum levels.So, in that sense if you keep stuffing your food in a hurry, then how do think these both(brain and stomach) will communicate?So,for better digestion and good health do not forget to chew your meals properly.

b)Do not watch TV while taking your meals:
Many people have this habit of getting themselves entertained in this way, but I say it is a very wrong approach. This habit is very common and it is very necessary to avoid it.This makes the mind concentrate somewhere and let your system work improperly.

c)Do not stuff yourself in one time:
Eating or rather stuffing oneself one at a time is a wrong habit.We should also have some consideration for our stomach ..right?It is always advisable to break your food into many parts and give ample amount of intervals in between.

d)Use less salt in your cooking:
Salt also causes water retention.Salt increases blood pressure. It makes the person feel restless at times too.Have foods that contain iron in place.

e)Always eat in a hygienic place:
Do not keep any unhealthy food near your eating-place or in your house.Make sure that the surroundings are clean.

f)Balance your food choices over time:
Enjoy plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables and also have onion and garlic Onion decreases blood pressure and garlic decreases cholesterol.

g)Try avoid drinking any other liquid except water:
Many people have the bad habit of drinking soft drinks or beer or wine during eating.This habit of them really spoils their health as the acids manipulate and produce different chemicals thereby resulting in side effects.

I hope all the points mentioned above were helpful and useful to people who want to maintain their diet and their health.

You have suggested in point no. g to drink water during eating and not the soft drinks etc.

However, many experts advise not to drink water at the time of taking food. Instead, drink some juice if needed at the time of eating. Give 15 minutes interval after eating and then drink water.

Is this advise suitable in your opinion? Kindly give reply with proper reasoning.

Well, to be true, I do not even suggest you to drink even water while eating food as it stops you from eating your fill.

But, since water helps you in digestion, it is better to drink water than any other juice.

I hope you got my point.

It is better if you maintain fixed time of taking meal.
It does more benefit to you if you take your food in good mood and with other i.e. family members and friends.

too much of food, only spread out the middle portion of your figure.

Eat to live, rather than living for eating.

Yes, it is always advisable to have some people like family and friends with you in a healthy environment.
In that way, it will increase your interest towards the food and will increase the interest towards the food one takes in.
