Some Tips for Writing Articles

With the development of technology and internet has been common in everyday's life. Today I find most of us are working online for some part time income through some well reputed sites or through Google Adsense. What these sites really look for is some good articles. Most of us even though they select a very good topic they fail to express it in a proper way in order to generate more revenue. With my experience I am going to give you some tips for writing articles in order to generate more revenue and traffic.

Good Search Engine Words:

Once you have framed your article it's the first and foremost duty of the author to sort some friendly search engine words and bold them or highlight those using HTML tags so that they are indexed on top of the Google. Highlighting keywords doesn't mean that you need to highlight each and every peculiar word of your article; one need to use his commonsense and should be able to think what people throughout the world would be typing in order to get the knowledge of that particular topic.

It is always advised to type the subheadings in full length rather than in short forms, suppose that your writing an article related to the recruitment process of Infosys. In this case you want to give some tips to do well in the exam, then it is always advised to type as "Tips to do well in Infosys Exam" instead of "Tips" as many will be typing as "Tips to do well in Infosys Exam" and not just simply "Tips". Such things will help you to generate more traffic to your article.

Selection of Topic:

One may think it what way a topic is going to affect your traffic. But it most cases a topic that is somewhat related to jobs or exams will fetch you more points than topics that are related to sports. The logic is quite simple; the number of people in the world who are searching for jobs are preparing for exams will be more than persons who are searching for news related to sports. So in that case you will be awarded with more cash for articles which are related to exams or jobs than that of articles related to sports. Consider an example where ISC has paid me Rs 10 for an article about IPL Semifinalist's of IPL 2010 where I have spent nearly half a day but my other article which is related to exams Tips for EAMCET Exam I was awarded with Rs 20. The reason is simple the former is related to sports which doesn't generate much traffic but the later is related to exams which generates more traffic.

One more thing is that select a topic which is currently searched by many people. For example in the 1st week of August many school children will be searching articles about Independence Day of India, so in that case if you write an article related to Independence Day it will generate more traffic in the month of August.

Proper Language and Grammar for Writing Articles:

One needs to use good English and grammar for writing articles and with no spelling mistakes. For this a healthy practice would be initially type the article in MS Word. Coming to language at the early stage of writing articles try to use words which are simple to understand and once you gain confidence and develop your vocabulary skills you can start using some good words and complex sentences to make your article more attractive.
