Rooms on rent

Various rooms are available on rent at different locations and at different prices. If you are going to join M.I.E.T, B.I.T , C.E.R.T or any other college present on baghpat bypass then you can take room in Malyana near railway station. There are many hostels present including Yadav hotel. However I would suggest to take rooms on paying guest which will cost 800 to 1000 per month including inverter. You can also take rooms in metro plaza, T.P nagar, rishinagar, subhartipuram. Rooms in Pallavpuram, Shastrinagar and Abu lane will cost more. These rooms will save a lot of money for you in comparison to hostel of colleges. Hostel in colleges take 30000-35000 as room rent. The only problem in staying outside is of electricity as there is lot of power cut there.
Shops in meerut

If you want to buy clothes for giving to tailors then I will recommend only one shop that is Nayyar at metro plaza with most economical prices. For ready made shirts, T-shirts and jeans you can visit Cotton county, Koutons, Reebok at abulane , pallavpuram and shastrinagar. For computers you can go to PL sharma road. Various malls are also available like Melange mall at Pallavpuram, PVS mall at Shastrinagar. All the major banks like SBI,PNB are available at Metroplaza , Abulane, Shastrinagar etc. If you are interested to buy books in meerut I will refer Rlall book depot, Loyal book depot located at Abulane near GIC.
