How to keep good health while staying away from home

Today most of the youngsters have to leave their homes and parents and stay at different place for studies or job. So it becomes very essential to be careful about the diet and other things to remain healthy.

If you are staying away from your home where nobody is there to look after you, either for your food or other basic needs, just be a little careful about the following points to keep good health:-

-Try to get simple food the day you settle in the new place:It will be definitely be the case that you have to go for food which is not good or nutritious for the time when you are not settled but try to oversome this situation as soon as possible for a better nutrition.

Breakfast:

-Buy a cheese spread of Amul/Britania and eat it with brown bread of Britania with milk. It is an idle breakfast for a vegetarian person.

-If you eat eggs then you can have egg omlette or boiled eggs with milk. But it depends on the weather also, if you live in a very hot climatic conditions then its better to have eggs not more than twice a week.

Between breakfast and lunch:

-You can have a glass of juice or fruit salad between 11-12 a.m. This will keep your metabolism going and will help you to remain fit.

Lunch:

-Don't have snacks or other junk food before lunch:It leads to decrease in hunger for food during lunch which is not good for the health.

-May be you don't get good quality food at lunch but eat whatever you feel like or not:Add some rice, chappatis and vegetables along with some salad.

Snacks:
At 4 or 5 in the evening, drink some juice or tea according to your wish with some snacks like paneer snacks or samosaas etc.

Dinner:

Add Daals, vegetables and chappatis along with good amount of salad in your dinner so that it can be digested with ease by stomach.

In fact it becomes very difficult to compensate for the nutritional value you don't get through the food you have to take while staying outside.

So always add Horlicks or some other health drinks in your milk and have it atleast two times a day to complete your diet.

In hot summers have bath twice a day atleast to keep yourself neat and cool. Have curd and buttermilk once in a day.

In winters, have soups before supper. Eggs are best in winter to have as they give all the essential nutrients required by our body.

Put 4-5 almonds in bowl of drinking water before going to bed and eat them following morning.

All the best!!
