Many school and college students are overstressed before the examinations and loose confidence resulting poor performance in the examinations. Practically there is no short cut method to perform better in the examinations. To get rid of such panic attacks before the examinations one should study thoroughly through the class sessions.

To improve performance in the examinations the following tips will help to moderate stress and panic before the examinations:
1. Avoid exam fear and keep confidence:
Many sincere students prepare well for the examination but they are very nervous and afraid of the examination for which they are unable to score desired marks in the examination. Therefore, it is very important to avoid any fears and panics before the examination. Mind freshness and self confidence will help to perform better in the examination.
2. Prepare and maintain a study schedule:

Generally six hours sound sleep is sufficient to keep your body energetic for fresh study schedule in the next day with fresh energy.
