Since when the yoga Guru Swami Ramdev has started to aware the people about the benefits of the yoga the people have taken it very seriously. Now it has been the must –do- activity for billions of people.
Yoga is a physical science as it also focuses on the observations, principles and the practical approach. Now even the qualified doctors, scholars and researchers can tell the benefits of the yoga.
There are various forms of yoga as such yoga poses(Asanas),
breathing exercises(Pranayama) and Dhyan (meditation). In fact, by applying these activities our body becomes more flexible and gets rid of stress. Besides through Pranayama we can control various ailments like diabetes, blood pressure, anxiety and other diseases.

Baba Ramdev has even claimed that by yoga even serious disease like diabetes, high blood pressure, skin disease and tumor can be cured permanently. That is why along with common people celebrities are also reaping the benefits of yoga. Many yoga institutions and NGOs have come into being and are conducting free yoga classes in parks and various centers. There soul in is to make every one free from any disease and aware about good healthy life.
