1) 18.2 ounce/ 1 pacakge chocolate cake mix
2) 1 french vanilla instant pudding
3) 3 beaten eggs
4) 1 almond extract
5) glaze
6) 1 tablespoon butter
7) 2 table spoon milk
8) 1/2semisweet chocalate chips
9) 1/2confectoners' sugar


1) Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl till it is moist.
2) pour it into a well buttered bunt pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 45 min or till the tooth pick comes out clean.
3) Allow the cake to cool in the pan.When cool enough such tat it can be handled easily,turn out on a cake plate.Now allow to cool completely
4) Place chocolate chips,butter and milk in a bowl and microwave 1min. Stir till it is melted.Add powered sugar.Pour it over the cake and aloow to run down sides.Cool in fridge till glaze is set.
5) Serve with vanilla icecream.

Typical black forest cake contains several layers of chocolate cake,oodles of whipped with cherres in each layer.



1) 1tablespoon chili or vegetable.
2) 3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast,cut into 1/2inch pieces.
3) 1 tesapoon finely chopped gingerroot
4) 1 can/8 ounces non salted tomato sauce.
5) 1 tablespoon chili opuree with garlic
6) 1 tablespoon soy sauce
7) 1 package/16 ounces pizza crust.
8) 1 can/8 ounces sliced water chestnut, drained.
9) 2 ounces small snow pea pods1/2cup.
10) 1/3 cup sliced red onion.
11) 2cup zzarella cheese.
12) 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro.


1) Heat oven to 375degree F.Heat wok over high heat.Oil, rot, stir fry fort side. Add chicken and gingerroot stir fry for 2 to 3 min or untill chicken is no longerpink from the centre.Reduce heat to medium and stir in tomato sauce, chili puree and soy sauce
2) Put chicken mixture onto pizza crust to within edge.Top with watwer chestnuts, pea pods and onion. Sprinkle with cheese
3) Bake fore 15 to 20 min. or till the cheese on the pizza is melted. sprinkle with cilantro.



1) 4 salmon fillets.
2) 6 tablespoons soy sauce.
3) 50grams sesame seeds.
4) 400 broccoli ,or your favorite vegetables.
5) 1/2 red chili.
6) teaspoon ginger,grated and 1 garlic clove,crushed.


1) Dip salmon in soy sauce and coat with the sesame seeds.
2) Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry each fillet on each side for 5 to 6 min.
3) Steam the broccoli.
4) Heat oil in a wok or pan and add garlic,ginger and chili. Stir fry for 1 min.
5) Add the other vegetables and fry for another 2 to 3 min. Serve the salmon while splashing with marinade.



1) 1 orange
2) 1/2 teaspoon allspice
3) 1 teaspoon whole cloves
4) 4 cinnamon sticks.
5) 1/2 gallon apple cider.
6) 1/2 nutmeg
7) 1 lemon.


1) Slice orange and lemon into small pieces and dip it on the apple cider
2) Mix the fruits in the liquid and let them soak well.
3) Add cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice.
4) Let the mixture set for maximum an hour to diffuse the taste of the spices
5) Heat the liquid on low flame and let it cool down.
6) Serve after draining all the ingredients and garnish it with a nutmeg.
7) To add a alcoholic touch add little brandy if you want.
