So many products are there in the market which requires safety and quality investigation of BIS having ISI mark. But how these products are still available and are being sold without ISI mark of BIS ?

There are so many very common products like packaged drinking water are sold in the market with fake ISI mark, they are ISI mark holder in the previous period and they have not get renewed the ISI mark license so long but still, they are selling their products in the market with the same CM L no. What is the law for them and what action may be taken by the department with the manufacturer and as well as dealer too?

These type of product are sold in the market on a very common palace like the bus stop, railway station, wine shops, Street vendors, Provision stores but no one is taking any action on such.
