These days we are hearing news about Heart Attacks of people at a very young age of 30 and 35 years. This is mainly due to the stress and tension from their profession. Professionals are paid high Salary and perks and given a very demanding job with high accountability. They are expected to complete the projects/assignments within a specified time frame. In order accomplish their assignments and tasks they are forced to work beyond their working hours compromising on their health.

It is very important for the professionals to understand that while attending to the professional commitments, it is equally important to take care off their health. As rightly said Health is wealth. Unless the individual maintain good health he or she will not be in a position to contribute towards his professional requirements. Bad health not only affects individual but also his or her family. Therefore it is very essential that we give priority towards our health.

The present day career does not involve any kind of physical exertion. In order maintain proper health our body needs regular physical exercise. The professionals due to their commitments and long hours of work are impeded from physical exercises. Lack of physical exercise, stress and tension is resulting in the deterioration of health conditions.

It is true that our career is important and everyone needs a profession to live in this society. But we should know at what cost. If a career is the reason for once illness and bad health, do we need such career?. Therefore we need to balance between career and life.

Share your time properly for profession as well to your personal life. One should not be too greedy in making money. We should happy with whatever we have. This philosophy will help youngsters to pursue their career as well as lead their life happily
