Recipe to make homemade chocolates

Chocolates are mostly loved by everyone. It is best when it is Home made. Now it is easy to make it at our home in a very simple way with little milk powder and cocoa powder. Here is the method to make homemade chocolates addition dry grapes and cashew nuts to it.


Amul Milk Powder - 160 grams or 15 table spoon
Cocoa Powder (Cad bury) - 30 grams or 3 table spoon
Butter - 2 tables spoon
Sugar - 170 grams or 9 table spoon
Water - 1/2 cup
Dry grapes & Cashew nuts- a little

Mixture to be prepared
-->Please take a bowl and mix both Cocoa Powder and Milk Powder.Make sure it is not having any hard position formed in it
-->Take the dry grapes and chop them.Roast the cashew nut in ghee and break them in to small pieces

Preparation method:

1.Keep the vessel on the stove in medium flame and add water to it
2.Now add sugar to it
3.Blend the sugar until it is boiled and reaches a point where you will find a little pasty kind of effect
4.The water mix becomes more concentrated and thick now
5.Switch off the flame
6.Take off the vessel from the flame and mix the butter to it
7.Now add the mixture that you have prepared already
8.Mix it well without any hard position getting formed
9.Add the dry grapes and cashew nut to it
10.It will be a semi-solid now so you can pour it to any desired chocolate molds
11.Before pouring it apply button to the molding
12.Most of you may not have molding at home those of you can apply button to a big flat plate and pour the semi-solid chocolate to it
13.Keep the chocolate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours
14.Cut them into pieces

Now here is your Home made Chocolates ready to eat.
