Post Graduate admissions at University of Delhi

Admissions are open to the Post Graduate courses at School of Open Learnings (SOL), University of Delhi.
SOL formerly known as the Directorate of correspondence courses, established under the University of Delhi in 1962,is a pioneer institution in the field of Distance Education in India.

Important Information :

Admissions are open for various post graduation courses at SOL, University of Delhi. If offers the following courses,
1. M.A. (HINDI)
2. M.A. (HISTORY)
3. M.A. (POLITICAL SCIENCE)
4. M.A. (SANSKRIT) and
5. M.COM

Admission to above courses are done through the entrance tests for which the student should to register them-self by applying into the University.
The Application and Registration are open for these courses as follows
1. M.A. (HINDI) -- May 16 to June 18
2. M.A. (HISTORY) -- June 01 to June 16
3. M.A. (POLITICAL SCIENCE) -- May 16 to June 20
4. M.A. (SANSKRIT) -- June 16 to July 05
5. M.COM -- May 20 to June 17.

The Entrance tests for the above courses will be held on the following dates,
1. M.A. (HINDI) -- June 19
2. M.A. (HISTORY) -- June 20
3. M.A. (POLITICAL SCIENCE) -- June 26
4. M.A. (SANSKRIT) -- July 11
5. M.COM -- July 01

REGISTRATION PROCESS :
1. At First Students Should to purchase or Download its application form and Prospectus on a cash payment of Rs 50 from the counter at campus or Download free from www.sol.du.ac.in (in case you downloaded the form from the website, you have to add the form cost into fee for the registration )
2. Deposit the Duly filled application/registration form along with the registration fee of Rs 250 for Gen/OBC and Rs 100 for SC/ST/PC ( add Rs 50 if you downloaded the form from the University website.
3. The mode of Payment of fee can be Cash/draft if depositing by hand on counter or Draft if By courier.
4. The following relevant Documents should also be attached with the form,
a). self attested copy of 10th certificate and marksheet
b). self attested copy of 12th certificate and marksheet
c). self attested copy of I,II and III years Graduation's marksheet.
( in case if you do not have III year's marksheet, just submit only of I, and II years marksheet.)
