Importance of water to maintain good health

This article gives the knowledge of the importance of water to ensure that water can protect our body from the major problems such as dehydration, kidney problems and heart problems. In this article, the quantity of water to be taken for women and men is also presented.

Realization about the water:

Generally, now-a-days many people are suffering from problems which are caused by less drinking water. In this busy life, people do not get enough time to eat, to drink and to sleep. Due to these problems, one could have health menaces in long future. To avoid that one must be alert to protect his or her health from diseases which are caused by neglect.

One can realize about his mistake when he understands about that mistake, then only he wants to find out the solution. For that purpose, one should think in scientific manner to maintain their good health because health is wealth.

Before discussing about the benefits of drinking water, I would like say how much percentage of water our body parts need
1. Brain 91% of water
2. Blood 84% of water
3. Bones 22% of water
4. Muscles 76% of water

Our body is made up of tissues initially and tissues are made up of cells. These cells are also made with fats, carbohydrates, proteins and salts which are combined with water, where water can be used for transport of above mentioned elements from one cell to another cell. Our breathing is made easy through water which moisturizing the air which is taken into lungs. Water therapy is a precise one by which one can lose his weight by drinking nearly eight glasses water everyday. It happens by burning calories in our body by water. Since water has zero calories such that it cannot be comparable with any cool drinks because cool drinks has some calories.

Health problems by drinking less water

One can suffer from dehydration due to less drinking of water. This dehydration problem causes headaches, excessive fatigue, constipation and kidney problems. Mainly, the heart problems are coming because of less drinking water. This problem arises due to the clogging of arteries. Our blood becomes very thick for allowing toxins in its due to less drinking of water.

In order to avoid this problem, women should drink 2.5 to 3 litres of water and men should drink 3.5 to 4 litres of water everyday. That water should be taken with gaps to protect the kidneys from strain.
