The article is good and useful for the interviewees, but I do not agree with the author on all points. My brief observations are as under:-
(a) The interviewee must dress properly but comfortably. He/She should not wear anything which is uncomfortable.
(b)He/She should enter the room after knocking. He/She should wish the members of the interview board.
(c) The interviewee should sit in upright and attentive position.
(d) The answers must be clear and to-the-point. The candidate must not beat around the bush.
(e) The interviewee should clearly mention if he/she does not know the answer of a particular question. This would show him/her in a positive light.
(f) The interviewee should read the newspapers for last one month very minutely. The newspaper of the day of interview is a must read.
(g)The interviewee must acquire detailed knowledge about the organisation. If he/she can successfully answer questions on the organisation, the interviewers will be impressed.
(h)The interviewee should not get entangled in unnecessary war of words with the interviewers.

So far as studying the psychology of the interviewers, it is totally impractical and not possible for an interviewee to follow. I thank the author for this useful article.
