Necessity for a good health
Good health to a human is whether is considered or not is important as one has to live in the world atleast for self rather than for others.
Awareness of Good Health
We, everybody, living by thinking that we are alright but some disease is inside us which gives it effect later. Health concentration should be there but over concentration should not be there. I have seen many people with over thinking or over concious about health and they themselves directed to ill health because of their over concentration.
Ten Commandments for a good health
The following ten commandments are necessarily followed by a person for a good
helth,according to Dr.Peter.
1. Eat normally - neither heavy or poor.
2. Do Dhyan/Meditation and Exercise.
3. Eat only Vegetarian foods
4. Take enough water - drinking water atleast 6 liters per day is suggested.
5. Take dinner three hours before sleep
6. Watch your words - always harsh words leasds to illhealth to the persons.
7. Express your love always
8. Live with Gratitude - God gives us many things only through persons.
9. Regulate your stress
10.Help the land through your actions.
Form child hood we have been taught that health is wealth.
Every body wants to stay healthy, but in this current scenario, we all run behind the materialistic world, ( money, house, car, etc). Which is the main cause deteriorate of our health.
As the author have suggested very good points, I would like to little elaborate to stay healthy.
Although in this tough world it is not possible to all suggested things for a better health but we can follow some of them .
First of all remember early to bed and early wake up is the best formula. Go to bed around 10 o clock and wake up from the bed at 6 am in morning.
( Again it is not possible who are working at night shift or late night office or business person).
Drink 1-2 glass of water on empty stomach, it will help you either reducing gas by vomiting, but if you have a good stomach then it help for releasing the pain of constipation. Then go for a walk, cycling, or Gym as per your comfort and availability nearer to your home.
Have a proper breakfast which should include some protein ( Eggs, Chik peas, sprouted moong, chanda, Idly, Paratha Curd,fruit juices etc) which ever is available for you.
Then do your work, school, college, office, business place etc,
Try to have four meals every day. 1 break fast, second lunch, 3rd evening snacks and 4th dinner.
Avoid watching too much television, spending lot of time on internet or mobile phone.
On weekends try to spend your time with family and children, go for outing, temple, park, museum etc. This will bring you positive thinking, energy as well as you will have a god social bonding, which indirectly help you to reduce your blood pressure, after having dinner go to bed after one hour.
If your health is in good condition they try to keep fasting ( just drink fruit juices, lemon water etc) whole day once in a week or in a 15 days.
Follow these simple things which will not cost to you but you can find lot of changes in your health improvement with in 3-4 month.
