No matter how busy a person is, it cannot be difficult to devote 30 minutes every day for doing some physical exercise. Walking is one of the best exercises for everyone. Try to walk as much as possible. Try walking to the nearest store, grocery shops, vegetable market, school, and tuitions. Any place that is at a walkable distance should not be covered with the vehicle. Either walk or reach there by cycle. Instead of taking the elevator, walk on the stairs.

Try stretching now and then. Stretching is also a form of exercise. Whether in-home or office, a little stretching improves muscle flexibility.

Even when in office, try to get up from the chair after every hour. Walk around. Stretch a little. These kinds of small activities improve flexibility and blood circulation.

Also, there are various ways to indulge in physical activities and all of them count as exercise. Walk the dog. Play with kids. Walk-in the park while kids are busy playing their games. Work in the garden and so on.
