I think the present market situation has become more customer oriented than the manufacturer or producer oriented. Previously the service providers used to dictate terms of conditions to the users and thus they were bestowed with little response or clients. After introducing credit management scheme, the clients are receiving good service from the service providers because, the money was not paid so far. Once the service proven to be good and sustained, the relation between the service providers and client will be stable. This is what happening in courier business as of today.
