Get down on your knees and on all fours. Your hips should be perpendicular to your knees and your hands to your chest. Then lower your chest to the floor keeping your back as straight as possible and hands at the sides of your body. Getting back to the original position completes the exercise. This exercise should be repeated 20 times.Criss- cross
A great and a very efficient exercise for the abdomen. Lie prostrate on your back with your hands behind your head. Right leg should be kept straight on the ground while the left leg should have its knees bent with feet flat on the floor. To start the exercise, lift your left leg(knee) in such a manner that it touches the right elbow which has been brought over your chest by rotating it towards the right. It has to be done vice-versa 20 times.Hip lifter
Get on all fours as in the first exercise. Stretch any one leg to the direction opposite to the one you are facing with toes pointed. The lift the same leg as high as you can and lower it slowly. 20 repetitions with each leg can do wonders with your thighs and hips.Running
Running can always get you to loosen up and increase blood flow. It will also bring a certain glow on your face that no other cream or lotion can bring. Running does not mean that you have to run at full speed but one is advised to jog and not run to exhaust himself. Running is also one of the best warm-up exercises.
