• Complete online Singapore visa application form: You can find the online Singapore visa application form on the official website on the Singaporean embassy in India. This form must be completed online with all the details of the visa applicant along with the required documents for the Singapore visa. Depending on the type of your Singaporean visa, your will have to complete sections which are specific to your visa. For e.g. for a Singapore student visa, you will be having admitting institution details.
There are 3 online Singapore Application forms: Form 14, Form 39S and Form V36. Two copies of each forms needs to be submitted to the consulate general of Singapore.

• Pay Singapore visa application fee: You need to pay the Singaporean visa application fee only through a Cheque or Demand Draft. The DD can be issued at any bank, but must be payable in Singapore Dollars. Similarly the cheque should be issued against the Consulate General of Singapore and must be in Singapore dollars. Depending on the type of Singaporean visa applied, the Singapore visa fees vary. The Singapore visa fees are non-refundable. In general the Singapore visa application fee is 30 Singapore dollars.

• Obtain a medical insurance: To be eligible for a visa for Singapore, one must not have an international medical insurance. But it is advisable to get an international medical insurance issued. So, apply and obtain a medical insurance for the duration of your visit to Singapore.

• Submit your Singapore Visa application: Visit your nearest consulate General of Singapore and submit your application. • Singapore visa interview: There is no visa interview for Singapore visas. It is a simple Singapore visa application submission and collection from the embassy. So, if you get an admit from a Singapore University, there is no chance that your visa will get rejected unless an extreme case of incorrect documentation. For any other types of visas as well, there is no visa interview for Singapore visa applicants.

• Collect your stamped passport: You will get a date of expected stamping of your passport after the processing of the Singapore visa. Generally this date is about 3-4 weeks after your application to the Consulate General of Singapore. On that date, you need to collect your passport from the consulate general of Singapore.
