objective
This is a course to provide general information of complete yoga eg. all the four main part of yoga Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyan yoga, Raj yoga. It is one month residential course, where you are introduced to all the four parts of yoga practically. After completing this course you can easily teach yoga to general public in a unique and holistic way. It is really a very nice course for those who are keen to know about the real yoga and want to spread it among the entire world. After completing this course you become yoga instructor and can start yoga classes at your home or any yoga centre.
Eligibility
A student who have completed 10+2 (Sr. secondary) or 12 years of education or equivalent with basic knowledge of English can apply for this course.

Fee for Indian candidate is Rs. 12000
Fee for NRI and foreigner is US $ 750
Course starting date
Course starts on 1st of every month except April and December Yoga therapy orientation training for doctors (YTOT)
It is a short term residential course for professionals, who have completed their degree in medical science. In this course a student learn yoga practices for different diseases in different circumstances. In this program you have to study patients and effect of yoga on those patients. It is a very nice course for medical professionals who want to include yoga therapy with their practice to improve the health of patient holistically.
Eligibility
Students having professional degree in medical or paramedical (M.B.B.S, B.A.M.S., B.H.M.S) with 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) can apply for the admission. Doctors of alternative therapies and medical therapy like Aayurveda, Siddha, Unani, Homeopathy and Naturopathy are eligible. You can take admission in this course only after completing YIC course. The detail of YIC course is as mentioned above.
course duration
It is a residential course. Duration of this course is two and half month. After completing the course, examinations of the subjects are conducted by the university and you have clear all of those exams to get the certificate.
Course starting date
There are two batches conducted in a year. First batch starts on 12th of January and second batch start from 1st of August every year.
Fee structure
Fee of this course is Rs. 12500 for Indian student and $ 1200 for NRI and students from abroad. Yoga teachers training course for teachers (YTTC)
It is one month residential course for those who is working as a teacher professionally. This course is very useful for teachers to train students about Yoga. After completing this course you are also eligible to teach yoga with your subject. So it is a very nice course for those teachers who want to educate their students with Yoga.
Eligibility
Teachers teaching in primary to secondary level can apply for these courses. Teachers should have a good academic background with 50% marks (40% for SC and ST). An exam is conducted after completing the course.
Course starting date
This course starts in the months of January, March, May, July, September, November. The date of starting the course may vary as it depends on the final decision of the management.
Fee structure
Fee of this course is Rs. 15,000 for Indian students and US $ 1,000 for NRI and students from abroad. Yoga intensive for musicians (YIM)
It is a certificate course for musicians. Importance of music in yoga is been told in this course. It is a very nice course for those who is having a good voice and want to make career in ancient chanting. 'How to develop your voice through yoga practices' is the main motive of this course. Any person having a good voice and good knowledge of English can join this course.

It is a seven days residential course which starts on the first Sunday of every month. Yoga intensive for sportsman (YIS)
It is a certificate course for sportsman. The motive of this course is to reduce stress for sportsman and improve their performance in their game. This is a very good course for sportsman to improve their skills.

Any sportsman having a knowledge of English can join this course.

It is a seven days residential course which starts on the first Sunday of every month. Other short term courses
It is a four days residential course. Fees of this course is Rs. 1000 for Indian students and US $ 100 for the students from abroad.
It is two days residential course. It is the best course for those who are suffering from excessive stress and tension. The person working in BPOs and Multinational are mostly suffered from excessive stress and tension. In this program it told to manage stress and tension through breathing practice and yoga. Fees of this course is Rs. 1500 for Indian students and US $ 100 for the students from abroad.
It is one week residential course for music training. You are also learnt chanting some bhajans, mantras and playing instruments like harmonium in this course. The fees of this course is Rs.1000 for Indian students and US$ 100 for students from abroad.
It is 10 days residential course specially for children. The children of age group 10 to 15 can take admission in this course. This course helps children to improve their skills and IQ. Fee of this course is Rs. 2500. This course starts in month of April every year. (April 1 to 10, April 11 to 20, April 21 to 30). It is really a very good course for children to improve their skill with fun and Yoga.
It is one week residential course. In this course students are introduced with spirituality. The fees of this course is Rs. 1000 for Indian students and US $ 100 for students from aboroad.
It is one month residential course for yoga practices. It is focused on Yogic practices like Asanas, Pranayama, Kriyas, Mudras, Bandhas, Meditation,, Gyan Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, etc. This is also a very beneficial course for those who want to spend some time in deep sadhana without any disturbance.
