A baby care center inside the office premises is very much essential these days, especially when the majority of women are working. This facility will increase the number of female employees, as they feel more confident and happy to join an organization which has a baby care center nearby. For a mother the first priority is her child, hence she feels satisfied with an organization which has a good and hygienic baby care center within its premises. It will enable her to visit the child during tea breaks, lunch breaks etc. Mostly working ladies have hardly any time to spend with their kids, but in this way they get more time for their kids. It strengthens the bind between the mother and the child.

Many times I have seen ladies searching for a good day care center as soon as they get a job. Some may end up not up to the mark centers and will have to change the kid from there after a week or so. Certain ladies will give up the job as they can't get a good baby care center near their house or office. All these issues can be solved if a good one is available within the office premises.
