My appreciation to the author for bringing out this wonderful article which is very important to every office management. Surely reception plays a pivotal role in any office and that must be well furnished. But what I find a arrogant lady sitting at the reception and wont heeding to the requests and demands of the callers. Normally receptionists must be well aware of the company procedures and rules and must be able to handle the customers visiting the company. But due to their ignorance of the facts, some arrogant reply will spoil the relations with the company and that is great risk.
