Many employees having an experience of 1-3 years in an Indian IT company are not happy with the kind of projects they are working on and the nature of work they are doing. Many employees prefer switching to some other IT company for better pay package. But even smarter move is to quit the company and complete full-time MBA from a good B-school in India. You need to take MBA entrance exams to get into the top B-schools in India. Some of the famous exams are CAT, XAT, SNAP which help you get MBA admissions into top MBA colleges in India like IIMs, Symbiosis, XLRI and others. There is huge competition for MBA seats in top colleges and many students and employees may not get the desired college. After completion of MBA, salaries are very high and are typically in the range in excess of 10 lakhs per annum. Even in a top IT company, it takes about 6-10 years of experience to get to this salary range, without any higher education. Hence, MBA is a highly preferred degree by Indian IT professionals.
