The principle of miracle healing and the gospel of prosperity.
Everyone was created differently in the world so that God's power may be in display. When you find people in difficult situations do not insinuate that their sins are the cause. The predicament is so that when God removes it His power will be seen at work. When that happens always give this testimony of the goodness of God courageously.
As you walk along the streets of a city you are bound to find beggars and other street families. Some of these beggars have very serious skin diseases while others are missing one or two limbs. You will find some who are totally blind while others might even display very serious growths so that by- passers might help them out with some money when they view these deformations. The question that comes to some people when they come across such scenes is whether these people committed a sin so that God is now punishing them for it. They wonder whether it is the sins of the parents of the beggars which have landed them in this precarious position due to God's anger. It should be noted that it is neither their sins nor those of their parents that landed them in such a situation but it is so that God's power might be seen at work in them. God uses their situation to show that your perfect health is not a right but a favour from Him. John 9: 1-5When Jesus starts working on these people the results are remarkable
When God touches these people, results are remarkable so that a former beggar might now be spotted driving a beautiful vehicle and in expensive suit. He looks so different that people who knew him before as a beggar will enquire as to whether he was the same person who used to beg in the streets of the city. Some will say that he is the one while others will claim that he just looks similar to that beggar. At this point the former beggar should state categorically that he is the one and explain as to how God changed his financial and health situations miraculously. In so doing he will be giving a practical testimony of the goodness and power of God. John 9: 6-12Spiritual leaders and people in authority will investigate the man.
Since this is too hard a thing to believe, the people are bound to take the man to the spiritual leaders and the authority so that the truth would come out. The spiritual leaders would be interested as to how he got cured of his polio disease while the authority would investigate whether his sudden wealth is emanating from corruption or criminal activities. After the man again gives his testimony as to how his life suddenly changed for the better, his parents would be involved in that investigation. The parents are bound to state that they know that the man was born a polio victim and that he has been begging in the streets all throughout his life. They would further state that they are also in the dark as to how his life changed so remarkably so suddenly. That the spiritual leaders and the police should place the question to him since he is of age would be their humble recommendation. John 9: 13-23They will insist that important details are being withheld from them.
Even after contacting people who knew you in your previous condition, the preachers and people in authority will still find it hard to believe it. They will insist that there are details that are being withheld from them. That actually you had never been a polio patient or a beggar in that matter. In other words they will try to scare you into renouncing the principle of miracle healing and the gospel of prosperity. This you must resist at all costs. John 9: 24-34trusting in God has an everlasting reward.
When you become steadfast in your faith even after immense adversity God will take note of that fact. He will not abandon you in anyway because your acts of resilience will be a good example to other believers therefore strengthening the Kingdom of God. In fact God will castigate your tormentors on your behalf. John 9: 35-41
