Employment in Government and Private Sector: A better option ?

This article gives emphasis on the various job options available for the people all over India. Especially people of India would love to know the basic differences between the jobs in Government and Private sector. This article gives little insight to those who aspire either both or one.

A: Government Jobs :

Seeking employment in government sector is always been a dream for each and every countrymen. Whether it is small private company or it is a huge government sector. Getting job in these sectors are not everyone's cup of tea. It takes lots of patience, courage and dare to keep an eye on future vacancies. Another head ache is to apply for the suitable post. Nowadays all the graduates are applying for the post of peon, clerk etc. which is not so good. There are much better options are available for graduates like some assistant managerial positions or IAS section. Third is to clear the written examinations and wait for results. It takes months to wait for results of exams. If you are lucky enough you may get a call or letter from the employment office. Clearing final interview is the real challenge of life. Once all hurdles are gone you can wait for offer letter and postings. After posting no one can move your destiny to earn and live a standard life. It applies to every section and department of government sector. A good tip here is do your job and settle down for life.

B: Private Jobs:

Private sector jobs are also like government jobs. Here the major difference is survival. If we are not giving better results for the company Head of departments or the boss will make your life more hectic. They will also see that your talent is well exploited with respect to professionalism. If you succeeded and able to prove yourself with your courage and hard work then no one can stop you to earn beyond leaps and bounds. But if failed to deliver the result then no one can appoint you for any positions. In case of failure you have to settle down for less.

Here we can conclude that Government jobs are tough to enter but once entered our life will become easier with zero interruption. Private sectors can make you rich and richer but need to have lots of talent and execution skills. Inspired people always makes a good combination of good skills.

C: Entrepreneur:

Being entrepreneur always opens new doors of satisfaction and fame. But you should be very cautious about this. Leading big troubles and loss of money are the major challenges. You may loose many physical and monetary things if not manage with wisdom. Quality and quantity will lead you to become a fair businessman. Here you will have opportunity to give employment to the needy ones too.

Hence keep upgrading yourself. Promise yourself where you want to go. Selecting the right career is better than doing nothing at home. If you are in your initial phase of struggling and searching for a better employment in public and private sector then it is the right time to think and go ahead. Your interest and choice of job will give you satisfaction and money too.
