Very nice thread written about "Vada Paav", the subject is not very strong but the author has come up with his own masalas to make this thread tastier.

Yes, who doesn't know about famous "Vada Paav" of Mumbai. One of my friends from other city visited once in Mumbai, she liked the snacks and later tried preparing many time at home. But the taste of Mumbai never comes. When I was new, I was not much used to have interest. Slowly I get to know about the taste and now like any Mumbaikar I love to eat. Interesting part is you can put different "Chatani" to make it more taste.

One of my friends once took a different place just to taste this snacks. I was surprise to see that instead of regular green Chutney, that shop was offering "white coconut chutney". Ohh, I love the taste, it gives different taste from any other store. Now, whenever I go to that place, I sure eat that Vada Paav.
