Eligibility Criteria


  • The candidate who have have passed or appeared in Senior Secondary School examination (Class 12th) (CBSE) or any other examination recognized as equivalent by university of Delhi are eligible to apply.

  • The candidates should have passed in English in the examination and in any three of the following subjects- Accountancy, Agriculture, Biology, Biotechnology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Geography, History, Informatics Practices, Mathematics, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology.

  • The average marks of the four subjects should be as below :-

    General - 60% minimum

    OBC - 54% minimum

    CW/PWD - 55% minimum

    SC/ST - 50% minimum

    Selection Process


  • Applicants will have to appear in an objective type multiple choice (four choices) test. The exam centres are- Delhi, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Chandigarh, Hyderabad and Kolkata
  • There is no fixed syllabus or format for the entrance test. The following areas are tested usually
    1. Quantitative Ability
    2. Reasoning and Analytical Ability
    3. General English
    4. Business and General Awareness


  • There will be total 100 questions to be attempted in 120 minutes.(2 hours)
  • The answers should be marked by ball point pen in blue or black colour. A separate answer sheet will be given during the entrance test.
  • There will be negative marking for wrong answers.
  • If more than one answer is marked, it will be taken as a wrong answer.


  • Final Selection of Candidates


  • Based on the marks obtained in the written test, candidates will be called for Personal Interview.

  • The final selection will be mad by giving weightage as below:-

    Written Exam- 50%
    Class 12th Result – 30%
    Interview- 20%


  • According to the overall score, each candidate will be given a rank in each category

  • Candidates with the higher rank according to the overall score in each category will be given admission in the college as per the availability of seats.


  • Counselling and Admission to Colleges


  • Candidates will be called for counselling based on their ranks
  • Choice of the college to the candidates will be done during the counselling sessions.
  • If the candidate is not able to be present for counselling guardian of the candidate can make the choice of college and fulfil other admission requirements. For this an application signed by the candidate should be sent through the guardian at the counselling centre on the day of counselling
  • Allotment of college is subject to the availability of seat in that particular college.
  • Candidates that are selected for admission will be given fixed time to deposit fee. If a candidate fail to deposit fee before the given time, the admission will be cancelled.
  • If the candidate want to make any change in choice of college, he should have deposited the fee before the time given and should have fulfilled all admission processes within the time limit given to him.
