How Google adsense assigns the support level
Google Adsense, before assigning type of support level to the adsense publishers, review the adsense earnings of the publishers over a period minimum past five weeks so as to judge consistency in earning levels and long term earning trends of the adsense publishers.
What are the minimum eligibility criteria to get email support
Bloggers and website owners approved for adsense are to ensure consistent adsense earning of more that US$25 per week or its equivalent in the local currency as per geographical location of the adsense publisher. Publishers can check for themselves if they qualify for email support or not and if yes, they can request via Form available in the Help Center in their adsense dashboard to contact one of the adsense specialists by visiting "How can I contact Adsense support"
What to do if the earnings fluctuate below and above US$25 per week
Google Adsense follows it policies and TOS in later spirit and consistency in adsense earning of more than US$25 per week or its equivalent as discussed above is the minimum eligibility criteria so as to discourage the publishers from changing support options so frequently. Publishers, whose adsense earnings fluctuate below and above US$25 per week, may not be eligible for getting higher levels of support unless and until their earnings consistently cross and remain over US$25 or it local equivalent per week for a period of over the past five weeks.
What are the minimum eligibility criteria to get chat support
Google has not fixed any criteria to be eligible for Adsense chat support. However, the adsense specialists, after analyzing a few adsense accounts, have concluded that the chat support may be allowed to Adsense Publishers earning more than US$10000 or its local equivalent per month that is roughly 100 times the adsense earnings of US$25 per week to get email support level. The adsense specialists can share their knowledge and views about the figure of US$10000 per month or US$2500 per week approximately. Moreover Google also wants its publishers, getting chat support, to retain their current level of adsense revenue along with a good account reputation so as to remain eligible for continuous chat support.
What is the criterion to get management support
Though Google Adsense is not considering any adsense account management request currently yet to look for change in criteria the adsense publishers can check for the updated guidelines from time to time via Contact Form in the Help Center in their adsense dashboard to contact anyone of the adsense specialists by visiting "How can I contact Adsense support?" Only a few privileged numbers of publishers may qualify for adsense account management. Criteria for adsense account management may include accounts with very high quality of site, extraordinary high traffic levels and cent per cent compliance of adsense program policies. Qualifications may not be limited to the above criteria alone and adsense may include other criteria based on their overall experience. Google Adsense does not guarantee eligibility based on the above criteria alone. Currently most of the managed accounts are among the top 1% of adsense earners, being out of the largest 100 sites in their geographical locations and markets and are established brand names with content that generates competitive bids from the advertisers globally. Such Adsense Publishers may be approached or contacted by one or more adsense representatives enabling such publishers to expand with more tools and information designed by Google Adsense on the basis of their feedback. Once again to add that Google Adsense is not considering any adsense account management request currently.
