Kapil Sharma was born in year 1981 on 2nd April at Amritsar (Punjab). Now he is residing in Andheri, Mumbai. Kapil Sharma is one of most famous comedians amongst today's youth. He has proved himself as a stand-up comedian and an actor. Now he is also a Television host after hosting the dance show 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa' with co-host Manish Paul. The journey of success of Mr. Sharma had begun with the show of Star Plus 'The Great Indian Laughter Challenge (Season 3)'. He was the winner of this show with continuous stand-up performance. Then he won Comedy Circus, Comedy Circus Ke SuperStars, Comedy Circus Ka Jadoo, Jubilee Comedy Circus, Comedy Circus Ke Taansen and Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur and Kahani Comedy Circus Ki in subsequent years.
He was also acted as host in Chhote Miyan in year 2008, PIFAA Awards in year 2012 and Zee Cine Awards in 2013. Recently, he had showed his savory performance in Season 6 of 'Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa'.
