You can also take advantage of toll-free customer care number to lodge your complaint. If your complaint is not entertained within a period of 30 days, then you can contact banking ombudsman. Thank you Nidhi for your letter writing format. It was really helpful but my problem is with the Branch Manager. She has been delaying my loan application since last 5 months. She is now saying that my loan application will be passed in oral but denying to give sanction letter.
