About KEAM-2015 entrance examination
KEAM-2015 is the common entrance examination conducted by Government of Kerala state to select candidates for admissions into Kerala professional colleges for B.Tech., B.Arch., MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, BSc.(Hons.) Agri., Forestry, BVSc. & AH, BFSc courses. Common entrance examination (CEE) conducted will be for selecting candidates for admissions into Medical and Engineering courses. Common entrance exam conducted will be separate for Medical and Engineering courses. CEE do not conduct any admission test for the admission of B.Arch. students. Candidates have to appear for National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA) and the rank got in that test will be considered for admissions into this course.
Eligibility criteria
The following are the eligibility criteria for appearing KEAMS-2015 Common Admission Exam (CEE) to get selected for various professional courses:
Applicant should be an Indian citizen (Indian origin/overseas)
Applicant should complete 17 years of age by 31st December 2015. No relaxation for minimum age limit.
Applicant should possess the stipulated qualification for the admission into the specified course
Educational qualifications
For admission to MBBS, BDS, BSMS courses candidates must pass a Higher Secondary Exam (HSC) of Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an equivalent exam with 50 % marks in Biology/Biotechnology separate and 50 % marks in subjects of Physics and Chemistry and Biology taken together. Candidates have to note that Biotechnology in the absence of Biology will be considered as a subject for academic eligibility.
For admission to B.Sc (Honors) Agriculture B.Sc (Forestry) courses candidates must pass a Higher Secondary Exam (HSC) of Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an equivalent exam with 50% marks in Biology and 50% marks in subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together. Candidates have to note that Biotechnology in the absence of Biology will not be considered as a subject for academic eligibility.
For admission to BAMS/BHMS courses candidates have to pass a Higher Secondary Exam (HSC) of Board of Higher Secondary Education Kerala or an equivalent exam with 50 % marks in Biology/Biotechnology separate and 50 % marks in subjects of Physics and Chemistry and Biology taken together. Candidates have to note that Biotechnology in the absence of Biology will not be considered as a subject for academic eligibility.
For admission to BVSc &AH courses candidates must pass a Higher Secondary Exam (HSC) of Board of Higher Secondary Education Kerala with a total aggregate of not less than 50 percent marks in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together.
For admission to engineering courses a Higher Secondary Exam (HSC) of Board of Higher Secondary Education Kerala with an a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Maths separately and total of 50 % marks in subjects of Maths, Physics and Chemistry put together. Candidates with minimum aggregate of 45 % marks in Maths and 60 % in Physics are also eligible to apply.
How to Apply
Candidates have to apply only through online mode for all courses i.e. Medical, Engineering and Architecture. If a candidate submits application more than one time his/her candidature will be cancelled.
Candidates have to go through the prospectus and study thoroughly before going to apply through online mode application

A Registration Fee of Rs.1000 for General candidates and Rs.500 in case of SC/ST candidates have to be paid in any of the following modes. Registration fee can be paid in the form of DD in any Nationalized Bank in favor of Commissioner of Entrance Examination payable at Thiruvananthapuram OR candidates through selected Post offices as notified Security Card and Prospectus can be obtained from selected Post Offices in Kerala and outside the State, on payment of the prescribed fee of (Rs.1000/- or Rs.500/ as the case may be) by cash.
Duly submitted printout of the online application along with the other relevant documents have to be sent to the following address(cover provided along with the Prospectus) by registered post/speed post so as to reach on or before 4/02/2015 by 5 P.M.
