Sandeep Garg,

I checked out the DDA website. There is one notification of 2019 regarding allotment letters only - http://119.226.139.196/tendernotices_docs/Mar2019/Public%20Notice%20Doc%202019-04-01%2015.08.1601042019.pdf.

I suggest you send an email query through this page- http://119.226.139.196/hmis/default.aspx
On the right side of this page, you will see 'Contact Us. In case of any query click here'. You can submit your query through the page that comes up. Also, have you tried calling the Toll free number-1800-110332 of DDA and inquired with them? If you are still not getting any concrete response to your queries, then you could approach the top officials. You will find the emails and contact phone numbers of the officials who are in charge of Housing at the contact us Tab of the DDA website.
