Course : M.Sc.(Bio-Polymer Science for two years – B.Sc. Degree with 50% students will be eligible.
M.Sc.(Polymer Science) for two years – B.Sc. Degree.
M.Sc. Tech (Material Science and Engineering) for 5 years – H.Sc. with PCM.
Master of Engineering in CAD/CAM for 2 years – B.E. B.Tech.
M.Tech in Polymer Nano-Technology for 2 years – B.E/B.Tech.
M.E/M.Tech for 2 years. Undergraduate Degree Programmes
Course : B.E.Tech in PE/PT for the 4 years duration and B.E./B.Tech in B.E/M.T for 4 years.

What is the selection procedure for admission
Students who wants to take admission in CIPET Programme can get their selection on the basis of their academic record and performance in the joint entrance test. Students who desire to take admission in PG Programmes will get their selection through respective affiliating University norms/through CIPET norms. Students who want to take admission for UG Programmes will be selected through respective affiliating University as per their norms. Students who wants to take admission for UG Programmes will have to contact the respective university. What is the Fee Structure for admission
Students will have to pay fee as the semester fee. They can see the fee structure in the list given below:
Rs. 22000/- per semester for M.Tech
Rs.16500/- per semester for PGD-PPT
Rs. 16500 /- per semester for PD PMD with CAD/CAM
Rs.13750/- for DPMT
Rs.13750/- for PDT

Students can get their application form and brochure from Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Guindy Chennai. Students of General/OBC category students will have to pay Rs. 250/- while SC/ST category candidates will have to pay Rs. 50/- for their application form. Students can pay their application form fee by cash or demand draft. Demand Draft will be in favour of "Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology (CIPET)" payable at Chennai.
