    Dear Mr. Kumar,
I want to bring to your kind notice a problem which has been worrying me for quite a long time. The thing that made me to write this letter is your habit of playing the music system loudly at night time. Initially I thought that there is some celebration around in your house for an occasion but its persistence caused me great annoyance. Blaring sounds from your music system at night disturbing me very much and throwing the people around to a great discomfort.

Since we are residing in close proximity to each other, the loud music from your residence irritating me as well as distracting my concentration on studies. I and my family members unable to sleep at night because of large drumbeats. I and my younger brother didn't fare well last unit exams as we are unable to concentrate on our studies. Your habit of listening and practicing music at high pitch sounds made every individual of our surroundings feel great pain and restless. Personally I am also great lover and follower of music. I spend my leisure time in hearing music. But the problem arises when it is heard at high pitch sounds especially at night times. I have no intention of coming in way of your love for music. But my sincere request is while you are hearing the music, keep the volume of your sound system low. This will help me and my brother to concentrate on our studies. If you wish to hold any late night parties held indoor. I hope you could take note of my suggestions and take proper remedial measures to resolve the problem of us and our neighbours.

    Yours sincerely,
    A.G.Krishna.
