Taurian World School is a leading co-educational international residential school in Ranchi, India, with prestigious awards to it credits. The School is CBSE-affiliated; its first batch of 56 class I-VI students commenced in 2008.The founder of the school, Mr.Amith Bajla has established a world-class international residential School at an early age of 35. An alumnus of the London School of Economics, Amith's vision is to establish 100 schools across India with the objective of nurturing global citizens of tomorrow. Amith hails from Deogarh, Jharkhand, where his family has been associated with several educational and religious institutions, including the Rama Devi Bajla Mahila College, Ram Krishna Mission School and the DAV school.

The school recently sent three of its brightest students for a one-week internship at CERN Labs, Geneva, from October 24 to 31, 2015. The students participated in a week long certified programme under the guidance of top ranked scientists and engineers of CERN, The European Organisation for Nuclear Research that operates the largest particle physics laboratory in the world and is home to the Large Hadron Collider.
