When a child is born he or she remains an innocent. By gradually he becomes a frown up man. So his development in life depends on favourable circumstance. At first he is nourished by his parents. His parents are always careful to him and dream how their child will grow. School is another field to supply him the basic elements regarding his development.

A school is often regarded as a 'second home' for the boys. Here they obtain the primary education to build their lives. So a school should have some specific features that can make them feel comfortable and happy so that they never feel uneasy. Firstly an ideal school should have a pleasant and hearty relationship among the students and teachers. It must have strict rule and regulations. Discipline is another point to be maintained. It must have some extra-curricular activities such as procession, celebration of important days, drama, debates and literary competitions. The school ought to arrange for a short trip or excursion to grow further knowledge of the students. Such a trip also helps both teachers and students to get refreshment. The school should celebrate the independence day of our country gorgeously so that the students can learn how we got it. It is also useful for them to grow nationalism in their young minds.

Usually teachers are the base of the good and powerful education of the school, both school name and fame as well depends on the teaching of the teachers, it is also important for the parents that the school play ground should also be big as the name of the school is big, people usually wants to see their child in a position where everything becomes easy for their child and they don't have to suffer a lot in this world. The place where school is made is too important for the parents, parents usually talks about the authority of the school by which they mean that the administration of the school should be one of the most known person in the area.

To make a school successful it is essential to equip library, physics, chemistry and biology laboratories, computer room, sport room well. To grow physical development of the students a school must have a swimming pool. The close relationship between the teachers and the head of the institute is important for it helps them to give their best efforts for the sake of the students.

Finally it is to say that the dutifulness of the teachers, covering the syllabus of each and every class in time, useful examination system and impartiality towards the teachers make a school successful and ideal one.
