One step from both ends can make the child growth fast
In the present time the students are so much sensitive that nothing can be said to them. They cannot be touched as corporal punishment is not to be taken in hand, scolding should be done in a soft manner. Whether they do the homework or not ,they study in the class or play around , whether they pay attention properly when the teacher is teaching or do mischief .They have to be tolerated in every manner .Hardly some parents are there who do not support the child and those are the parents whose child goes on the top.
This is a very serious issue which should be taken at hand at the priority. These students are very sensitive as they grasp what they see in the TV and what they observe in their environment they also have a good understanding to know who is supporting them and they catch their hand. They take advantage of their supporters and some of them misuse their affection.
On seeing the above situation the best way to improve them and uplift them is to form a strong bridge between the parents and teachers and school authority which can be a very helpful to uplift them as the strings of communication increases we see positive changes in the child behavior. By being in touch with the teacher it makes the child more alert and also gets more aware that their minor mistakes are in the eyes of all three .They start changing themselves.
This method should be practiced first at a very short intervals as the academic year begins by then the child goes on improving then the intervals can be decreased.
This bridge should not be disturbed as this communication is the key to the development of the child.
Child starts running the steps as the strings of communication increases
All the meetings with the teacher of the parents make her take more interest in the child then the others. Which make her know the pupils personal problem and what remedy can be taken to improve them faster an in a perfect way and giving them a good foundation.
Most important, that this line of communication should be more when the academic year starts. For the child is in the mood of long vacation. This line of communication helps to focus them in their studies and get back to work faster. With this method the child associates and his friends in the locality where he stays can be monitored and can be adjusted according to his behavior. It is sure that the child may not like this kind of interference of the parents coming to school every week getting in touch with the teacher even pointing their mistake out but this should be neglected from their side and should be carried on without any full stop. As it is for their good their development will be at good rate .Slowly and gradually the child understands this as they get better in their performance as compared to the other children. This is the prime time to help them and change their course so they do not regret that their base is weak and they will not form any kind of a habit for which they have to regret later. It is the natural tendency for the children to flow like this but with the link between the two their negative habits can be eliminated and the results can be miraculous.
The parents should inform the teachers about any problem about the child such as medical or psychological problems because the teacher should not have trouble handling.
The teacher should update the parents about child's academic progress in writing if not possible oral.
Actually teacher is an extension of parents. While parents had instilled and taught the basic characteristics and behavioural pattern needed at home, teacher adds on it and makes the student society ready. The defect at either end can affect the other end and also confuse and even influence the child to consider one is good and the other is bad.
Hence for an organic and smooth learning and grooming, both parents and teacher should have regular communications as two sides of the same coin. Each one should understand the other and compliment and supplement mutually.
By the regular communication and exchange of matters they can easily and purposefully remedy the defects and lacking of the student and give a total support system at school and home.
The parent teacher meets are formal occasions. But even apart from that parent-teacher informal communication can be held whenever possible.
In the modern days of e-facilities there are e-communications which give a factual presentation about the student's activity and results. But that is one sided. That cannot compensate the face to face communication between parents and teachers. If there is good communication between parents and teachers,there will not be much chances students exploiting either o them and parents especially will be relieved of some shocks and surprises.
