Check if you have won under Lucky Grahak Yojana

Government has started a new scheme called Lucky Grahak Yojana, where every customer using the mentioned payment gateway will win Rs 1000 on daily basis and then have bumper prize on April 14. Get to know more if you have won today under Lucky Grahak Yojana by the Prime Minister of India and Niti Ayog.

With more focus on digital payments, Prime Minister has announced new schemes for customer "Lucky Grahak Yojana" and using the gateways such as UPI, AEPS, USSD and RUPAY card for any transaction from 50 to 3000 Rupees. The schemes has been started and incentives for citizens using cashless payments methods will run till April 14.

Lucky Grahak Yojana is the initiative of Niti Aayog. It is spending about Rs 340 Crore for this scheme.

Lucky Grahak Yojana rewards: Lucky Grahak Yojana, will give 15,000 consumers Rs. 1,000 each daily; the weekly prizes will be worth Rs. 1 lakh, Rs. 10,000, and Rs. 5,000, and will be distributed between 7,000 consumers. The mega draw on April 14 will have prizes of Rs. 1 crore, Rs. 50 lakh, and Rs. 25 lakh.

In order to participate in this contest you need to make all your payments using the digital gateway suggested by Government. These payments need to be made using UPI ( Unified Payment Interface), USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data), AEPS ( Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) and RuPay card.

The point to understand and know is payments made using your credit or debit (which are not RuPAY) and using any other payment gateway or e-wallets will not be eligible for this contest.

If you have made payment using any of the Government mentioned payment methods then you can check them using the following steps:


  • Go to the Lucky Grahak Yojana website
  • Depending on whether you are a Consumer or a Merchant, click on the corresponding button
  • In the box that appears next, provide the mobile phone number registered with your UPI/ USSD/ RuPay/ AEPS account
  • You will receive an OTP, which you must enter in the box that appears in the middle of the screen
  • Click the Try Your Luck button
  • The next message will show if you have won under the Lucky Grahak Yojana
  • If you are not lucky then then you may need provide information and provide more details of your transaction details within the website. You will need to provide the gateway and transaction id within the website.

The NPCI uses the transaction ID to conduct lucky Draw. The lucky draw is conducted separately for each category of transaction. These categories are Rupay Card, UPI, USSD and AEPS.

If you have the Rupay card, try use the card for all the transaction for the payments that you plan for the day.
