About the summer programmes

The curriculum of each of the summer programmes offered by Cambridge Immerse is designed to give an insight to students on what they will study abroad in the selected subject at the university level. Classroom sessions are interspersed with seminars and interesting extracurricular activities on and off campus. This includes a trip to the Oxford University campus, a trip on the River Cam, a museum excursion, sports activities, etc. Mentoring is provided to students by their Tutors, who also evaluate each student's individual progress during the course of the programme with a final assessment being done on completion of the programme.

Students can avail of consultancy services to prepare personal statements which will concisely provide details of their achievements & subject interests for future admissions to reputed universities. Another useful benefit of the summer programme is the workshops that are conducted for students to hone their interview skills in order to be able to meet prospective interviewers with self-assurance. Both, the Personal Statement Consultations and the Interview Skills workshops, are optional. There are no extra fees for either as it is part of the summer programme fee.

All the summer programmes are residential-based ones, with students staying on the campus of Cambridge University's colleges. Each student will be provided accommodation in an individual room t which has Internet access. The residential spaces are so designed as to have a staircase or corridor demarcating the accommodation of female students from those where the male students stay. Safety and security is assured.
