    Yes in Tamil we call it as Avaraikai and in Telugu it is known as Chikudikaya. I like this green bean which tastes very good if coconut powder is also added while preparing curry. In our Tamilians menu this is compulsory during Shraadh days when two or more curries has to be prepared and Green bean is the must item to cook and serve to the guests on that day. This vegetable can easily be grown in every house as it is the creeper and needs the right place to go up and it will spread its tentacles to every where it spreads.
