Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination is one the major recruitment examinations after class 12th in India. The SSC or Staff Selection Commission is responsible for conducting this examination. For the year 2016 the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination was conducted for the recruitment of Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Postal Assistant & Court Clerk. There are around 5,134 vacancies that are to be filled in this examination. The tier 1 of the exam will be computer based objective type test, tier two will be descriptive type pen and paper test and tier 3 will be skill or typing test. The SSC has conducted the tier 1 of the examination between January 7th to February 8th, 2017.

The tentative answer keys for the Tier 1 of the examination has been released by the SSC . People can check the answer keys by visiting the official website of SSC .

Further they can access the answer key by following these steps:

  • Open the official website of the SSC

  • Click on link titled Combined Higher Secondary Level (Tier-I) Examination, 2016, Tentative Answer Key to open a PDF notice in new window

  • In the opened PDF notice click on the link given at bottom of the notice to open a new window

  • Now in the new opened window, Enter your roll no., password ( your D.O.B.) and date of examination and submit

  • SSC website
  • A new page will be opened which will show all your responses and the correct responses

  • You can also take the printout of the answer key
