YIC- Yoga Instructor Course- "YIC, a professional yoga instructor training program, consisting knowledge of holistic living and not merely as yoga posture" and after passing the course one is "sufficiently knowledgeable to be able to teach yoga, in a positive non-harmful manner, which imbibes ancient knowledge of India."

YTTC is Yoga Teacher Training Course. One who successfully completed the YTTC "will be able to teach yoga to the general public the holistic way, to prevent diseases, promote positive health and bring harmony and peace in the society."

Gangadharan is a certified Yoga Teacher of Patanjali Yoga Training and Research Centre, Kerala - earlier known as Patanjali Yoga Vidyapeetam (As per PYTRC web site, Morarji Deasi National Institute of Yoga, an autonomous organisation under Ministry of Ayush, Government of India has accredited Patanjali Yoga Vidya Peetham as its wellness center in Ernakulam District.)

A well organised article very relevant with its title. We all know Yoga originated and developed in our country but our youth is not that interested in it as they should be. They are crazy after new gadgets and technology. They are spending their time on internet and social media. Most of youths are not active sports person and they like to sit idle with their smartphone in their hand. This idleness is a serious threat to their health. Stress is increasing daily n daily due to heavy competition in daily life. In this modern life-style Yoga is like a panacea which can decrease the stress level, maintains the body and keep one fit and healthy.
