First thing is that you should follow some body builder whose body tempts you to make yourself exactly same. Keep some poster or picture of that body builder with you whenever you go for work out. If you feel demoralized then have a look at his picture, it will fill you with new energy and gusto. You can also take the help of YouTube to stay motivated as there are tons of inspirational videos to keep your spirit high during work out.

Second thing is music. You heard right, music can also help you to remain motivated for work out. Many trainers advise listening to favorite music during work out. When you are listening your favorite song then your focus shifts from work out to the song, however long you keep on working but your mind does not register it.
