Traditional stores are not going to die down, but they will certainly suffer business losses unless they take adequate measures to increase the footfall. Eventually, the sustained growth of the Internet of Things is surely going to blur the thin yet momentous divide between e-commerce stores and regular physical shops. The main difference between online shopping and buying in person is that you do not get an opportunity to bargain when it is online shopping. Places like Global village, Meena Bazaar, Deira souk etc in Dubai are known for bargaining.
You can find the cheapest to the most expensive products in Dubai. Cheap products are available in Day-to-Day shops or 1 - 10 Dhs shops, but such shops might not have online websites to do online shopping. Hence you need to go there in person to make use of the opportunities. Even the shops in souks won't have online websites for shopping.

What I understand that buying gold in Dubai is fetching, thanks to duty-free shops at the airport. But when it comes to India, it would be taxed over and above the minimum. But shopping online would be as per our budget and we shall be doing so with caution. Every jewel is priced and according to our budget, we shall choose and purchase.
