Overview Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research & Training Institute (BARTI), Pune, which is under the aegis of the Department of Social Justice and Special assistance, Government of Maharashtra, offers skill initiative and educational coaching programs for those in the State who are socially disadvantaged. One of these coaching programs is to prepare those aspiring for the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) exam through which successful candidates can apply for Government jobs. In this regard, BARTI-Pune invites applications from SC candidates to register for the BARTI-MPSC-CET-2018 Online Examination, to be held in November 2017.
The intake capacity is 50, with 25 residents from rural areas and 25 from slum areas. 30% of the total is reserved for SC women candidates. In case this 30% is not filled up, seats will be available for other meritorious SC candidates. There is also a 3% reservation of the total seats for physically challenged candidates.
