Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) has launched a model called 'Private Industry Collaborative Model' wherein it will assist army personnel and ex-servicemen to acquire homes at discounted prices through a collaboration with reputed private builders. Accordingly, one such housing scheme is now available at Logix Blossom Greens in Noida. This project has been selected by an independent consultant.

Project overview

Location: Plot no. GH-01, Sector-143, Noida.

Number of flats available: 501 flats in 22 Towers.

Number of flats which are ready to move in: 116 flats of 2BHK in 8 Towers. These flats will not attract GST.

Central amenities: Clubhouse with fitness centre & swimming pool, coffee shop, food court, medical centres, ATM, outdoor sports like basketball, open green space and play area for kids are planned to be constructed later. No additional charges will be there for these amenities.

Rate: Rs.3800 per sq. ft. (super area).

  1. 2BHK – Type-1: 8 flats with 571.77sq.ft. carpet area and 903 sq.ft. super area per unit.

  2. 2BHK – Type-2: 21 flats with 645.07sq.ft. carpet area and 1040sq.ft. super area per unit.

    Approx. cost: Rs.39,52,000/-.

  3. 2BHK + Study – Type-3A & 3B: 87 flats with 787.85 sq.ft. carpet area and 1234 sq.ft. super area per unit.

    Approx. cost: Rs.46,89,200/-.

Flats under construction

The below-listed flats under construction will be handed over to buyers within 18 months. The super area of these flats may increase maximum by 8% on final measurement at the time of possession and the differential cost will accordingly be charged extra.

Cost exclusions

  1. GST as applicable on Basic Sale Price (BSP as applicable) and car parking (only for flats under construction).

  2. GST as applicable on Club membership and PLC (only for flats under construction).

  3. Rs. 19/- per sq.ft. of super area to be paid towards farmer compensation.

How to apply

To obtain the brochure and application form you should send a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.500/- through Regd. Post/NEFT in favour of "AWHO FACILITATION SCHEME" payable at New Delhi or collect in person from HQ AWHO on payment of Rs.500/-.

The application form can also be downloaded from AWHO website. In this case, you need to remit Rs.500/- for the subsequent dispatch of the AWHO Master Brochure.

Submit the filled in application form along with a remittance of Rs.2,24,000/- vide Demand Draft/Banker's cheque/RTGS/NEFT in favour of "AWHO FACILITATION SCHEME". Details for online remittance to be followed up with an email for transaction are as follows –

Payment Schedule

Ready to move in flat: The booking amount will be 10% of the total unit cost. The balance 90% should be paid within 90 days from the booking date.

Under construction flat: The booking amount will be 10% of the total unit cost. The balance 90% should be paid on offer of possession.

Note: The amount deposited by the allottees will be kept with AWHO (no interest payable) and given to the builder only on offer of possession. Financial clauses of default on timelines as per RERA will not be applicable as payment is not construction-linked. In case of default by the builder beyond 6 months of the probable date of completion (PDC), simple interest @ savings bank rate as prevailing in nationalized banks will be paid on booking amount on withdrawal to an allottee.
