How to get CBSE exam results 2018 online and through landline and SMS

This article provides information on the Std. 10 results of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) 2018 examinations. You will get details of where to check the 2018 CBSE exams online results date and how to receive the results via SMS.


The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts annual exams each year for students on completing Class X of the current academic year. The CBSE Board is under the supervision of the Central Government Ministry of Human Resource Development's Secretary (School Education& Literacy). Over 15,000 schools, both in India and abroad, have CBSE-affiliation.

While the HRD Ministry had made the Class 10 Board exams optional in 2010, this was later changed and last year it was made mandatory. So this year, as per statistical data, over 16,000 candidates appeared for the Class 10 exams from 6th March to 4th April 2018 at over 4,000 centres across the country & at more than 70 centres abroad.

As per the official tweet of the HRD Ministry' secretary, Shri Anil Swarup, the 2018 CBSE exam results will be declared at 4p.m. today on 29th May 2018.

How to get 2018 CBSE results via SMS

The CBSE Board has made provisions for students to obtain the results on the mobile phone via SMS. All you will need to do is to send your roll number to your mobile service provider for a minimal charge.

To get the result via mobile text, send an SMS at 7738299899.
