About NEET 2019National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET 2019 is an entrance exam conducted for admissions to various undergraduate medical programmes all over India like MBBS/ BDS in medical or dental colleges approved by Medical council of India or Dental Council of India under the Union Ministry of Health and Family welfare, Government of India. Every year NEET is conducted by CBSE, but from 2019 it will be conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). NTA is a self sustained, premier and autonomous testing organization which conducts entrance examinations for admission in the higher educational institutions. It works under Department of Higher Education, MHRD, Government of India.
NEET 2019 Exam PatternNEET 2019 will be conducted only one time in India and in pen and paper mode i.e. Offline mode. Thier will be total of 180 objective type questions. Each correct answer carries 4 marks and for each wrong answer one mark will be deducted. NEET 2019 will be conducted on 5th May 2019 and the duration of exam is 3 hours. NEET 2019 exam consists of following four sections:

Application processInterested and eligible candidates can apply online for NEET 2019 examination through link: www.nic.ac.in. The online application process for NEET 2019 starts from 1st November 2018. Application have to pay the application fee through online mode only i.e. credit/ debit card, E-Wallet or UPI. Last date to apply for NEET 2019 is 30th November 2018. Candidates can download the admit card for NEET 2019 examination from website from 15th April 2019. Last date to download the admit card is 14th May 2019.

NEET 2019 CounselingResult of NEET 2019 will be announced on 5th June 2019 by NTA on the official website: "https://www.nta.ac.in/medicalexam". Shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling round, at that time candidates can submit their choice of colleges. At the time of counseling candidates need to bring the necessary documents like admit card, score scars, valid government ID proof, recent passport size photograph, date of birth proof and Xerox copies of all documents.
