I totally agree with the author that by following the Ayurvedic tips given herein, life can become more simple and healthy too. In our tradition, there is a practice called fasting which is also one of the Ayurvedic tips through which our body gets overhauled by not eating anything and getting rid of the waste in our body and get toned up for further consumption and good digestion. Taking proper food regularly also matters.
